The full face mask – when nasal ventilation is not enough

In some cases, nasal masks are not the best option. The nasal passage might be obstructed, or the mouth is open during sleep. The Kaiser full face mask is made from a thin, flexible and transparent acrylic outer mask, and a soft pliable rubber inner mask. All materials are allergy tested and medical grade.
This is a full contact mask, which rests evenly on the whole face, making it comfortable and at the same time avoiding sores and irritated skin.

The full face mask is as airtight as they get. Usually it is quite difficult to manufacture full face masks that never leak, due to the intermittent movement of the lower jaw. However, Kaiser’s specially designed masks, yield a much better result than most generic respiratory masks.

NOTE: Casts for the full face mask can be taken/made at the patient’s hospital or care facility, however it can only be produced at our own workshop, as it requires vacuum equipment.
